Dear Me國(미국),
I haven't been checking my blog for a long long time.
I had some different even that I wanted to write,
but I procrastinated for months and months.
My freshman year’s first semester ended a month ago.
I assume you have read the blog that I explained about the classes that I took!
(If didn’t, here is the link ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ RIGHT HERE!)
Math.. math had always been my weakest subject.
At the start of the semester, it was going okay, all the materials were handleable.
But the class goes on and on, some things that we were learning was
Understandable, but keep making weird mistakes and mistakes that
If I paid more attention, I wouldn’t have made it.
The gym was fairly okay, except for the health part.
The gym is where you just do your best and do what you have to do.
Like, if I have to play basketball, then try your best even though you aren’t the best.
But health was unexpected. We had a few pop quizzes and different tests
On first-aid and different muscle pairs.
And yet, I thought it was fine and just memorized it. That wasn’t how it worked.
I had to memorize all the pairs and their different usage of them.
Bible was the most interesting class, we were able to discuss
and share different thoughts. Also, learn some new information about the Bible.
A few times, we shared our prayer topics and we all prayed together.
That was very touching it felt good to see and know that many people
can pray for me as I pray for many different people.
English! Was actually, my favorite class.
In our classes, we read many different books and talked about them.
Like Macbeth by Shakespeare, we all had different parts and
We read it together and sometimes we acted out.
That way, it helped me to understand what was going on in the book.
We had many written responses as homework,
which wasn’t the best thing to do, but through that I know I have learned a lot.
CTE, which is an abbreviation for Career and Technical Education.
We learn a bunch of different things, mostly like presentation skills and
how to write a proper research paper properly.
This class wasn’t my favorite class to be in, because the class was
covering so many things that we should have already learned and known.
My first semester wasn’t the best academically.
I have a feeling that I should have done better.
There are some regrets that I have now, for the first semester.
But I know that I can get better and better and use this first semester
as a stepping stone to go forward!
