Merry Christmas to

2015 Talent Show at Buma Elementary School

Few weeks ago, I had my 2nd school talent show. It was very fun, but I was a little nervous.
Why was I nervous?
Because everyone looked at me when I walked in! Ahhh~~~

This year, I presented my Chinese skill to my Buma friends, teachers, and parents. There were many people taking pictures and videos of me. That was why I was nervous.
Thank GOD! I only made one tiny mistake, so it was not bad. I was happy when my Chinese speech was over.

I want to thank my friend, Ju-Eun Choi, for helping me. When I spoke Chinese, she read my speech in Korean. I did this because I wanted everyone to understand my speech. My Chinese speech was about my future dream. As you know, I want to become a CNN anchor, so I am preparing my life to be successful. Please cheer me on as I keep working
hard.

I also played the recorder with my friends: Chae-Eun Jung, Na-Young Lee, and Seung Hae No. It was really fun because I got to practice and perform with my best friends. It became one of my great memories with my best friends. I hope we can do another talent show as 5th graders. This is because next year will be 'Sports Day'! So my dear friends, let's try to be in the same class.

Thank you Mrs. Hae Kyung Kim for decorating our class and making 2015 talent show awesome! You are a wonderful, sweet, kind, and amazing teacher. I will miss you very much!

My dear Dad and Mom, thank you always for loving and supporting me. You were busy, but you still came and cheered me on. You are the BEST Dad and Mom! I love you sooooo much!

Justin's First Challenge

My brother, Justin, is 5 years old (Korean age) and he is really active.
He loves to move around a lot! Every time I see him, he is running or jumping!
Well, last weekend, Justin did something new and fun!
He skated for the first time in his life.

When he saw the skates, the first thing he said, "What's this?"
So I said, "Ice skate shoes!" Then he said, 'What's skate?"
Hahahaha~ It was so funny! Justin was surprised to see a different kind of shoes,
especially on ice. He had seen inline skating, but never ice skating.
So it was really new for Justin!

Our family went to the ice rink and we all skated together.
My dad, mom and I didn't fall down at all, but Justin fell down five times.
I was so proud of him because he never cried!
He is now a big boy.

Justin fell in love with ice skating, he asked my parents if he can go again.
My dad loves to skate that's why Justin loves to skate, too.
Like father, like son.

After skating, we ate Korean pork BBQ at home and it was delicious!
Justin ate 3 bowls of rice! He was really hungry because of all the energy that he used...
after dinner, he fell asleep...

I was really surprised because I thought Justin would cry, but he didn't cry at all.
Also, even when he fell down, he didn't even show a tear (other kids cried a lot).
He is a big and healthy boy. I love you, Justin!
